Features

One size fits all: Barquee automatically resizes to occupy the least amount of space required. You can also specify the maximum amount of space it can occupy and Barquee will scroll to show obscured information. From 12" laptop screens to Cinema Displays, Barquee is always convenient and informative.

More power to ya: Stop interrupting your workflow by switching to iTunes! Assign hotkeys to quickly switch between tracks, rate songs, or adjust the volume. Want to fast forward? Click and hold the next button. Want to skip around in the song? Command-click the song name and use the built-in progress bar. You can even change the song's rating from the menubar-- just control-click!

Lightweight and efficient: Barquee communicates with iTunes using iTunes' own plug-in interface, making it the fastest and most efficient controller around. To save resources Barquee can automatically launch and quit with iTunes.

Friend of the family: Compatible with any version of iTunes 4 on either Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) or 10.4 (Tiger). Barquee even works with internet radio, podcasts, and videos.

As you like it: Change the font with a click of the mouse. Add drop shadows, change the colors, or switch themes. To install Barquee, open the Barqee disk image by clicking the link above and run the "Install Barquee" file. Please note Barquee is shareware. You are entitled to use it for up to 2 weeks after which you are expected to purchase a license to continue to use it.
